A taxi to the ferry port can be arranged to collect you from the airport /

via Telkomsel official store to purchase a SIM card if required.

The homestay boat will be waiting to take you to Kri Island for your dive trip of a lifetime.

Waisai to Kri Island 45 mins by boat from the ferry.

Transportation to and from Waisai and Kri island is 800.000 IDR shared among all passengers.

There are no ATMs or shops on Kri Island. There are ATMs in Sorong and Waisai. We recommend changing money before arriving in Sorong. You can top up Telkomsel phone credit and buy basic snacks like chips, candy and soda at the small "kiosk" in Yenbuba village on Mansuar Island. There is often good 4G signal, so if you buy a Telkomsel sim card BEFORE you get to Kri Island you can access the internet.

Public Holidays: Usually, only the 1400 departures operate on Indonesian Public Holidays.

Schedules can change without notice. Individual departure times can also be changed at random.

The Raja Ampat Homestay Information Center at Waisai and your accommodation provider should also be able to provide up to date ferry information.

Raja Ampat ferries depart from Sorong’s Pelabuhan Rakyat (public harbour). Journey time to Waisai is about 2 1/2 hours.

Ferry tickets can be purchased on your day of travel at the ticket offices in the Waisai and Sorong port office buildings. Just ask at the port if you can’t spot those. Cash, cards and digital wallet payments via QRIS are accepted.
